These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and oy888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the oy888 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all related services available at https://oy888.cam.

oy888 is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino products and slot titles, delivered in English and denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is designed and written for users who access the platform in the English language, including players located in Pakistan and other regions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of oy888, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and accepted the Responsible Gambling policy.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and solely for personal entertainment.

To register and maintain an Account on oy888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing oy888 Account — only one Account per person is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of any employee of oy888 or its affiliated entities.

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

oy888 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, awarding a bonus or in response to any risk or compliance concern. Required KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot where appropriate).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to verify identity, age or source of funds.

Accounts that fail to complete requested KYC verification within a reasonable period may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended. oy888 is not liable for any losses or delays arising from a User's failure to provide timely verification documentation.

You must not register using false identity information, another person's details, or any means intended to circumvent eligibility requirements. Accounts found to be fraudulently registered will be closed and any balances forfeited.

All Account balances are held and displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods are subject to change without advance notice.

Payment provider names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar payment context for Pakistani users only. They do not constitute endorsement, partnership or support of oy888 by any of those providers. Actual available deposit methods are listed in the Platform cashier and may differ.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• oy888 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities in jurisdictions where this is prohibited.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• oy888 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Platform cashier, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Account has been fully KYC-verified prior to or at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the Account balance have been fully completed.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the cashier.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• The Account is in good standing with no active investigations, disputes or unresolved compliance holds.

Processing times for withdrawal requests depend on the payment method selected and are subject to the operator's internal review processes. oy888 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Users are advised to allow reasonable time and contact support if a withdrawal has not been resolved within an expected period.

oy888 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets. Illustrative figures only — refer to the specific promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum stake per bet applies while a bonus is active (e.g., PKR 500 per round). Placing bets above this limit may void the bonus.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering. Slot games may contribute 100%; table games or live dealer may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Refer to the game contribution table for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions cap the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings (e.g., PKR 25,000). Winnings in excess of the cap may be removed at withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless stated otherwise, each user is entitled to claim each promotion once. Duplicate accounts or coordinated bonus abuse will result in forfeiture.

oy888 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, oy888 may void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and may close the Account concerned.

All games available on the oy888 Platform operate in accordance with the rules displayed within each game. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your acceptance of those rules.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. This determination is made by oy888 at its reasonable discretion.
• Results generated by certified random number generator (RNG) systems are final and binding once a game round has been completed.
• Bets placed on sporting events are subject to settlement rules specific to each market. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game or market are specified in the game interface or sportsbook and may change without notice.
• oy888 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in pricing, odds or game configuration.

For sports betting, all stated odds are in decimal format unless otherwise indicated. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for slot games are theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oy888 Platform:

• Opening more than one Account per person, household, device or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, pricing mistakes or any other technical fault for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users, whether in casino games or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to abuse promotional offers, or any other activity that constitutes fraud.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to operate your Account.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person using their identity or payment details.

oy888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gameplay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum tolerable loss over a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when a defined session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a short defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account if gambling is causing harm.

Increases to deposit or loss limits will not take effect immediately — a reflection period applies. Reductions to limits take effect immediately on request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
• Use any oy888 branding, trademarks or logos in any manner that implies affiliation or endorsement not authorised by oy888.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use automated tools to scrape, index or reproduce any Platform content or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oy888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, network interruption or third-party service failures beyond oy888's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from the illegal use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
• Consequential, indirect or speculative losses of any kind, including lost profits, opportunity costs or reputational harm.
• Decisions made by a User based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. oy888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Users should take appropriate precautions to protect their devices.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the oy888 support team. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
• Any uncompleted bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• You will remain bound by these Terms in respect of any transactions, disputes or obligations that arose prior to closure.

oy888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory, compliance or risk management requirements.

Where an Account is closed by oy888 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

oy888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users by a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to the address registered on the Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. oy888 is not responsible for any losses arising from a User's failure to read updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally between the parties may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

oy888 makes no representation that the Platform or its content complies with the laws of any specific country, including Pakistan. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted, you do so at your own risk and on your own initiative.
